Vereinsziele

Der Verein hat die Aufgabe, die “Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin”
 a) durch finanzielle Zuwendung, Sachzuwendung und organisatorische Mithilfe
 b) bei der Darstellung in der Öffentlichkeit und in den Medien,
 c) bei der Organisation von Konzerten, gegebenenfalls auch als Veranstalter, zu unterstützen.
Insbesondere wird dies erzielt durch das Herstellen von Informationsmaterial über das Orchester. Dieses wird bei Konzerten der Akademie für Alte Musik Berlin ausgegeben. Eine Homepage und gedruckte Mitteilungsblätter des Vereins sollen über das Vereinsleben und das Orchester informieren. Für Noten, Musikinstumente o.ä. Anschaffungen werden Zuschüsse gewährt. Der Verein unterstützt das Auffinden und Aufbereiten alter Noten zur Aufführung.

Der Verein will den Kontakt zum Orchester, seinen Mitgliedern und den Vereinsmitgliedern unterhalten und vertiefen.
Insbesondere wird dies durch die Organisation von öffentlichen Generalproben und Gesprächsrunden erreicht.

Association of Friends and Patrons (“Association”)

Objectives of the Association

The purpose of the Association is to support the “Akademie für Alte Musik” in the following ways:

• through financial contributions, in-kind contributions and organisational support;
• through support in the area of public relations and media relations;
• in the organisation of musical concerts, including in the role of official promoter of such concerts.

The Association achieves its objectives primarily through the creation of informational and publicity materials about the orchestra, which are distributed at concerts. The Association’s home page and other printed materials inform about the activities of the Association as well as the orchestra.

The Association supports the acquisition of musical instruments and musical scores by the orchestra as well as the restoration of musical scores and their preparation for performances.

The Association maintains regular contact with its members, the orchestra and individual members of the orchestra. This takes place through the organisation of public rehearsals of the “Akademie für Alte Musik” as well as through lectures by and discussions with members of the orchestra.
